1. Who we are

C.J Studios (“we”, “us”) is a creative AI production studio providing AI video and advertising content, 3D experiences, websites, marketing systems, business automations, and related creative and engineering services (“Services”). These terms govern your use of this website and, unless replaced by a signed agreement, form the baseline terms for project work.

2. Using this website

The website is provided for information and enquiry purposes. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, probe, or attack the site, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose. Suspicious activity may be logged and reported.

3. Enquiries and quotes

Project enquiries are made by email. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer; every engagement is confirmed in writing (email is sufficient) with an agreed scope, price and timeline before work begins. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

4. AI-generated content

Our work product may include content created or assisted by AI tools alongside human direction, curation and engineering. We disclose this openly. You are responsible for ensuring any materials you supply (logos, photos, footage, likenesses, menus, product imagery) are yours to use; you confirm you hold the necessary rights when you send them to us.

5. Payment and delivery

Unless agreed otherwise in writing: projects begin after the agreed deposit is received; remaining balances are due on delivery; and deliverables, timelines and revision rounds are those stated in the written scope. Delays caused by missing client materials or feedback pause the timeline accordingly.

6. Ownership

Upon full payment, you own the final delivered assets for the uses agreed in the scope. We retain ownership of our internal tools, workflows, prompt systems and pre-existing materials, and — unless you ask otherwise in writing — the right to showcase delivered work in our portfolio.

7. Revisions and acceptance

Each scope includes the stated number of revision rounds. Deliverables are considered accepted if no revision request is received within 7 days of delivery. Additional rounds or scope changes are quoted separately before any extra work begins.

8. Warranties and liability

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any engagement is capped at the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Third-party platforms

Work intended for third-party platforms (social networks, app stores, ad networks) is built to their published requirements at the time of delivery; we cannot guarantee the ongoing policies, rankings or behavior of platforms we don’t control.
